MANDATORY COVID-19 VACCINATIONS FOR NEW YORK?

Saturday, November 7th, the New York State Bar Association passed a resolution urging the state to consider making it mandatory for all New Yorkers to undergo COVID-19 vaccination when it becomes available, even if people reject to it because of “religious, philosophical or personal reasons”.
Mary Beth Morrissey, chair of the Bar Association’s Health Law Sections Task Force on COVID-19, said in a statement after the vote on Saturday, “The authority of the state to respond to a public health crisis is well-established in constitutional law.”
The feared moment has begun simultaneously with the moment a lot of people received as a relief – the apparent result of presidency. I’m kinda wondering, was it all planned? While the world seemed to be experiencing extreme gratification over America’s change in political office, under the radar, but in plain sight, was the passing of an untimely resolution to Coronavirus in New York.
