Ludacris Gets Fired Up While Eating Spicy Wings

Asked for the first time by host Sean Evans how his 2004 hit “Get Back” ended up featuring prominently in the 2008 film “Tropic Thunder,” Ludacris shared that Ben Stiller, the star, director, and co-writer of the film, had personally invited him and his management team to a private screening before the movie’s release. After watching the film, Stiller sought Ludacris’s approval for using “Get Back” in a memorable dance scene performed by Tom Cruise, clad in a fat suit. Ludacris was thrilled to grant permission, expressing his admiration for Stiller and his excitement about being involved in the project.
