Lizzo’s Attorney Announces Plans to File Counterclaim Against Harassment Accusations

Lizzo isn’t staying silent.

Shortly after being sued for alleged harassment by former dancers, her attorney, Marty Singer, revealed that Lizzo is gearing up to countersue. Photos provided by Singer suggest that plaintiffs Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez were seemingly at ease backstage with Crazy Horse’s performers in Paris on March 5, 2023.
Singer stated: “These images showing the three plaintiffs gleefully reveling backstage after the topless show were taken after their February 2023 visit to Bananenbar in Amsterdam that they complain about in their lawsuit. hese irrefutable photos and videos, along with additional substantial evidence, prove the glaring contradictions between what the plaintiff’s claim in their bogus lawsuit and what is actually proven by the facts.”
Singer called the suit “a sham” adding that “Lizzo intends to sue for malicious prosecution after she prevails and these specious claims are dismissed.”

Regardless of the new photos, legal representation for the plaintiffs “stand by every claim in the lawsuit and look forward to trial.”
