Lil Jon, Busta Rhyme, Shaggy, En Vogue & Dionne Warwick Coming To NYS Fair In August

Platinum-selling rapper Lil Jon is coming to the New York State Fair. The hitmaker will take the Suburban Park stage on at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26. The concert is free with fair admission. Lil Jon, started his career in the early ’90s working as a DJ in Atlanta before joining Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def label as a producer. In 1997, he created the group Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz, which is best known for hits like “Who U Wit?,” “Put Yo Hood Up,” and “Get Low.” Lil Jon himself is famously credited with creating the “crunk” hip-hop sub-genre. He is a frequent collaborator with some of the biggest names in hip-hop, including Usher, Ludacris, TLC, the Ying Yang Twins, and more. All NYS Fair shows are free to attend with admission to the Fair, which is $8 for adults. Admission is free for children under 12 and senior citizens aged 65 and older.
