L3Harris CEO Steps Down Over Code of Conduct Concerns

L3Harris CEO and Chairman Christopher Kubasik stepped down following an investigation into conduct the company said violated its Code of Conduct. The board appointed aerospace and defense executive Sam Mehta as president and CEO, effective immediately.

Lewis Hay III was named independent chairman, while Lauren Barnes and Christopher Aebli were appointed to lead Space & Mission Systems and Communications & Spectrum Dominance, respectively.
