Kentucky Wins $450K Lawsuit Against His Employer After Birthday Party

A man from Kentucky sued his employer after being fired and won a $450,000 lawsuit. According to reports the man’s office manager threw him a birthday party which he did not want because being the center of attention can trigger his anxiety disorder. The day of the birthday party the man got upset learning that they threw him a party anyway which triggered his anxiety and left the building and spent his lunch break in his car.
