Instacart Busted for Secret Price Swings, Study Says

Instacart is accused of charging different customers different prices for the same grocery items at the same stores, with some prices varying by over 20%, according to a new study. 

Instacart denies using dynamic pricing, saying a few retailers run limited price tests, but critics say the system lacks transparency. 

The findings come amid sharply higher grocery costs and growing scrutiny of pricing practices.
