A Texas hotel settled a lawsuit with a family for $300,000 because a toddler was injured after a ketchup bottle fell from a balcony striking the baby in the head.
Reports say back in 2018 a man who was staying at the hotel accidentally knocked over the glass bottle of ketchup from the 6th floor when he hit a cart with his knee.
Toddler suffered a fractured skull and was having seizures days later
