High Winds Rip Through Wildfire Zones In Southern California

Written by on November 26, 2020

As if this holiday week isn’t stressful enough, citizens in Southern California are expecting extreme weather conditions that range from los Angeles to the Mexico Border.

The National Weather Service has issued a warning, saying that 45-65 mph winds are expected on Thanksgiving day. These winds are expected to knock out power and make the wildfires in that region worse. Residents should be ready for power outages to occur at any time.

Southern California Edison, one of the largest power providers in that region, has issued a warning to over 70,000 of its customers in 5 counties, saying that they might lose power on Thanksgiving day.
