Governor Kathy Hochul Visits Rochester

Yesterday, Governor Kathy Hochul visited Rochester to help announce that there is a major company is moving its headquarters into downtown Rochester. Constellation Brands will be moving to downtown Rochester. The company said it would be relocating its headquarters from the Town of Victor in Ontario County to the iconic Aqueduct Building in Rochester.

Construction and renovation work is expected to get underway in 2022, and Constellation Brands is looking to move into the site in the Spring of 2024.
Constellation Board of Directors Chair Rob Sands stated: “We have been a proud member of the Rochester community and surrounding area for more than 75 years, and remain committed to maintaining our presence locally. We believe this move will foster collaboration within the company and the community while contributing to Rochester’s revitalization efforts.”

Gover Hochul stated: “​​A company like Constellation that’s been here for over 75 years, and yes they’ve expanded and they’ve grown so much and they’ve just created an international brand, that we’re so proud they’ve called this area home.”
