If you’re a Girl Scout cookie Fair like myself there’s more than enough Girl Scout cookies for sale if you’re looking for any.
The Girl Scouts just announced that they have at least 15 million boxes of unsold cookies due to the coronavirus pandemic last year.
Since most Girl Scout sales are door-to-door the pandemic prevented that from happening last year.
Girl Scout said since they didn’t sell those cookies it will impact local councils and troops who depend on cookie sales to fund programs traveling camps.
The report says the Girl Scouts normally sell around 200 million boxes per year it’s a lot of cookies.
Since things are opening back up hopefully the Girl Scouts can get everything back on track and the impact of the unsold cookies won’t be as bad as expected.
