A funeral home owner from Colorado named Megan Hess pleaded guilty and will spend the next 20 years in prison after being accused of giving clients fake ashes and selling body parts.
The woman also knowing shipped body parts of people who died of infectious diseases but telling buyers the total opposite.
These illegal transactions happened over 12 different times within an 8 year period.
