The Rochester Fringe Festival is back for its 11th year! The festival will run from September 13th to the 24th. Organizers say more than 500,000 people have attended nearly 4,000 performances and events at the Rochester Fringe Festival since its inception. Looking for a ticket? They will go on sale next week Monday.
