Feeling the Heat? Spray Parks Open Friday

Feeling the heat these past few days? As pools are opening up, Rochester’s spray parks will open for the season this Friday. R-Center spray parks will be open daily from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. These spray parks include the ones at the Carter Street R-Center, David F. Gantt R-Center, Edgerton R-Center, Humboldt R-Center, Roxie Ann Sinkler R-Center, Thomas P. Ryan R-Center, and the Tyshaun Cauldwell R-Center for Hope.
For a spray park that caters to those who are 6 and under, spray park features will also be available at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Park, the Troup Street Park, and the Fourth and Peck Playground. The city advises to please follow maximum capacity signs to comply with COVID-19 social distancing restrictions.
