Rochester’s own Rhoan Kaulder II who is only 8-years old is making history by breaking records at the USA Track and Field Junior Olympics!
He broke records in nationally in three events this year which include the 100 Meter Dash.
Rhoan attends School No. 53 and is a part of the Rochester Running Rebels Track Club.
Rhoan said he wants to run in the Olympics and also said hard work, practice, and his speed attributes to his success.
