A man died after crashing into several parked cars and causing a fire on the second floor of Rochester General Hospital’s parking garage.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze and found the driver deceased.
The garage’s structure is intact, but parts remain closed for inspection.
The hospital is fully operational, with visitors advised to use the Carter Street Garage.
Authorities are investigating and ask anyone with information to call 911.
