Family Feud Hits Ballot as Brother, Sister Compete for Senate Seat

Siblings Randolph Bracy and LaVon Bracy Davis are running against each other in a Democratic primary for a Florida state Senate seat, joined by ex-Congressman Alan Grayson and attorney Coretta Anthony-Smith.

The seat was held by Geraldine Thompson, a family friend who recently passed away.

Their mother has endorsed Bracy Davis, continuing past family political splits.

The winner will face Republican Willie Montague in a largely Democratic, majority-Black district.
