EWG has released it’s Clean Fifteen and The Dirty Dozen List’s for 2023. The EWG releases its yearly Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce to let consumers know which vegetables you should lean towards going organic due to high amounts of pesticides.
To make this simple the lists are a guide and does not in any way mean you should not eat the ones considered dirty. This is to educate you so that you can make better informed choices especially if you are on a budget. Organic vegetables and fruit can be expensive however, if you don’t have to buy organic then save your coins!
