Evans, Lupien, & Sinha In “The Voice of the Voter” Mayoral Primary Debate

WDKX Own Cheryl McKeiver, Ph.D., will be one of the panelists for The Voice of the Voter: 2025 Democratic Mayoral Primary Candidate Debate will be held at 8 p.m. Tonight, on WXXI-TV, WXXI News (105.9FM), and streaming on WXXINews.org and WXXI News YouTube. The candidates will share their platforms and answer questions from Dr. McKeiver, Kerria Weaver of the Democrat and Chronicle,, Matt Molloy of 13WHAM News, and Gino Fanelli of WXXI News. WXXI will host this debate between Rochester City Councilmember Mary Lupien, businessman and IT executive Shashi Sinha, and incumbent Malik Evans. Evan Dawson of WXXI News and host of “Connections with Evan Dawson” will moderate. Voice of the Voter is a collaboration among WXXI Public Media, Democrat and Chronicle, 13WHAM News and WDKX 103.9 that is committed to bringing citizens’ concerns to the forefront in political issues. The primary is June 24. Early voting begins June 14.
