E-ZPass Website to Go Offline in April for Major Upgrades

The E-ZPass and Tolls by Mail websites will be offline from April 9–14 for a major upgrade. The overhaul aims to consolidate services into one platform with a redesigned interface, live chat, and payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. The customer service line will also be updated and unified. While customers are encouraged to make payments early, late fees and collection escalations will be temporarily paused.
