Hip-hop mogul and entrepreneur Dr. Dre was handcuffed and patted down by police in front of his Malibu California home.
Dr. Dre got into a dispute with a man who was parked in Dr. Dre’s driveway blocking him in and the man called 911 reported Dr. Dre had a gun.
