Doja Cat Speaks Out on IG Live About the Pressure in the Music Industry

Doja Cat has had an amazing music career thus far, with just recently coping 2022 Grammy nominations. However, Doja took to Instagram Live to share that she is not quite enjoying her career as much as she thought she would. She revealed that she has not had fun making music in “maybe five years.” According to Doja, she feels like there are too many unnecessary additions she has to do. Doja Cat stated: “I’m doing all this – that I don’t – wanna do. I don’t want to take – pictures.”

Doja Cat stated that she doesn’t mind photoshoots and “capturing a concept, capturing a visual idea,” but after a while, it is no longer fun. She continued on saying: “Do I want to do that – because I have to? No! No, I don’t! But I feel pressured to do – like that. I don’t want to do that. I want to be home. I wanna play – I wanna make music. I wanna play – video games.
