Dentist Who Treated Tamar Braxton Reveals What Likely Caused Her Severe Mouth Injuries (VIDEO UPDATE)

More than a week after Tamar Braxton revealed a severe accident, her dentist is speaking out. Fans have speculated about what happened to the singer, but she hasn’t shared additional details. Aside from her actual injuries, Tamar said on Aug. 19 that she can’t recall what caused them. On Friday (Aug. 29), a video surfaced of Braxton’s dentist, Dr. Amira Ogunleye, explaining what could’ve caused the injuries.

Graphic Photos Show Tamar Braxton’s Mouth Injuries

When she initially revealed her injuries on Instagram Stories, Tamar claimed that she “almost died.” A friend allegedly found her in “a pool of blood” with missing teeth and a fractured nose. The singer also said she lost mobility in her face. At the time, she asked fans to pray for her but didn’t share any visuals of the injuries.

Meanwhile, her dentist, Dr. Amira Ogunleye, released graphic images showing Tamar Braxton missing at least two to three top teeth or veneer implants. Her bottom row was still intact. The dentist said her evaluation revealed that Tamar had several fractured teeth and an avulsed tooth, meaning it was entirely out of the pocket. She also experienced a broken septum, which the dentist and another medical professional confirmed. More medical evaluations ruled out a stroke or seizure as the cause of the injuries.

“The only thing left that it could possibly be is something called somnambulism, which is sleepwalking.”

Funky Dineva Recently Accused Tamar Of Running A “PR Stunt”

In the week Tamar Braxton remained tight-lipped about what caused her injuries, rumors spread. Her friend, Funky Dineva, got caught in a cycle of allegations as fans and blogs speculated whether he was involved in hurting Tamar Braxton. After having his fill of the rumors, Funky clapped back in a few written and video responses. His fiery posts followed Tamar Braxton teasing a new project with a video that features Funky in it.

“Now she done released this tired a** music video for this raggedy EP that don’t nobody want and because I’m in the video, people are going to think I was part of a PR stunt! I was collateral damage in a 2-bit PR STUNT,” he wrote in the caption.

Later, he admitted to calling her out for ghosting his texts seeking answers. Funky Dineva also said she hadn’t publicly or privately cleared the air about him not being involved in harming her.
