Investigators are looking into the crash of Delta Flight 4819 at Toronto Pearson International Airport, which left at least 18 people hospitalized.
The Delta regional jet, a CRJ 900 operated by Endeavor Air, was arriving from Minneapolis when it flipped upside-down and caught fire on the snowy runway.
All 76 passengers and four crew members were evacuated safely, with no fatalities reported.
Toronto Pearson President and CEO Deborah Flint praised the emergency responders for their efforts. Among the hospitalized, three individuals, including a child and two adults, suffered critical injuries but are not life-threatening.
The cause of the crash remains unclear, but an investigation is underway.
