Daylight Savings Spring Forward Is Killing Me

This daylight savings is killing me man. I was just recovering from the fall back time change and now we have the Spring forward change.
What is even the whole point of daylight savings? Other than disrupting everybody’s sleep pattern.
Me and Tariq were talking and he says they’re getting ready to kill it. I was like cool but wait when are they going to get rid of it, during Spring forward or fall back?
If they change it during Spring forward then my sleep pattern will be off for the rest of my life unless I move to the west coast.
