Dates Announced for 2024 Rochester Fringe Fest

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Fringe Festival has set this year’s date for September 10 to 21. Alongside this announcement, the submission period for venue shows has been outlined, starting on February 13 and concluding on March 21. Artists, acts, and producers eager to propose their productions for the festival may submit applications here. With a rolling admission process, early application is advised to secure performance opportunities, as spaces tend to fill rapidly. Each venue is responsible for selecting, booking, and directly negotiating contracts with the artists. The festival is known for its diverse range of art forms, including drama, dance, comedy, children’s shows, music, magic, and spoken word. Notable venues this year include the Geva Theatre Center, Eastman School of Music, and several others, with a complete list to be revealed before February 13. The full festival lineup, along with ticket sales, is expected to be announced in mid-July.
