DaBaby Released From Jail on Misdemeanor Battery

After being arrested Thursday in Miami after an arguing with a music promoter. Jonathan Kirk aka DaBaby has been released from jail on a misdemeanor battery charge while awaiting a court date.
The Grammy-nominated rapper allegedly got into an arguing with a music promoter over payment for a performance, according to authorities.
An argument broke out when the music promoter said that he paid DaBaby $30,000 but according to the DaBaby the money came up short with only $20,000 for a performance at Cafe Iguana in nearby Pembroke Pines. That’s where the argument got physical resulting in DaBaby’s arrest. Along with a member of his entourage who allegedly stole the promoters cell phone, bank card and cash.
DaBaby will be back in court later this week.
