Congresswoman Maxine Waters Says Be Prepared If Trump Loses Election

Written by on July 29, 2020

Congresswoman Maxine Waters said something the other day that really made me think or question are we ready for November? Meaning, are we prepared if Trump loses the election and refuses to leave office?

Now, Auntie Maxine is usually on point and doesn’t say things to just say them. The interesting thing she pointed out with the President has publically said he will not accept the election results, win or lose he would have to see. So what does that mean for the American people that vote?

We the people have the right to decide who leads the country, who leads us. And if Trump decides not to leave office what could we do and what would our elected officials do?

Another thing Rep. Maxine Waters pointed out is how Attorney General William Barr backs using federal force against peaceful protestors. Look at what is going on in Portland, Oregon with the use of the federal agents. Rep. Waters said via TMZ that she fears it’s a sign of what’s to come during election time.

Rep. Waters made some pretty valid points in my opinion, at least enough to make me think, question, and prepare for what is and could happen. By prepare I mean be aware, not living in fear.

Listen to what she said and let’s talk about your thoughts tomorrow on the Wake Up Club.
