City of Rochester Shares Housing Update

The City of Rochester has given an update regarding the state of housing in the city as a new law on vacant houses takes effect this month. A new law will require any property owner with a building that’s been vacant for at least 60 days to register that property with the city and come up with a plan to fix it.
