The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warned that an outbreak of a rare but serious polio-like illness that mostly effects children could be coming soon! Yeah, we’re already in the middle of a pandemic and now this? 
. The rare condition is called Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM for short – and YOU STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT IT IS). It causes limb weakness that can quickly progress into paralysis. This condition has spiked in even-numbered years and peaked in 2018. The news is becoming more like a scary movie every day. Anything irrational, creepy or ridiculous is all part of the plot.
