Starting this Saturday, Rochester public libraries announced they will be canceling all fines for overdue books. People are still encouraged to return all late books and items. People will still have to pay for replacement costs and processing fees for damage or missing items. Rochester Public Library eliminates all fines on overdue materials (rochesterfirst.com)
New York State DMV will be launching custom license plates for each region in the state. Each region license plate will have a picture of famous landmarks or items that represent that area.
