Cardi B will not be facing any criminal charges following an incident where she hurled a microphone at a fan who threw her drink at her during a performance at Drai’s Beachclub in Las Vegas.

TMZ has confirmed that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department found no evidence of criminal behavior on Cardi B’s part.

The department issued a statement, saying, “After an exhaustive review of the situation and in consultation with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, the case has been closed due to a lack of sufficient evidence. No charges will be brought in connection with this case.”
