Cafe Manzara Brings Turkish Cafe Culture to Brighton

Cafe Manzara, a new Turkish cafe, has officially opened its doors in Brighton, NY, at 2341 Monroe Avenue, next to the Hotel on Monroe. The cafe is the creation of 22-year-old first-time business owner Huseyin Sula, who wanted to bring the cozy and social atmosphere of Turkish cafe culture to the area.
Sula, a second-generation immigrant, spent two years saving up while working at the post office to make his dream a reality. He and his team completely transformed the former flooring company space, building the kitchen from scratch to create a warm and inviting setting for guests.
The menu features lighter fare, pastries, and Turkish specialties, including pressed panini-style sandwiches, which Sula calls his personal favorite. However, the highlight is the authentic Turkish coffee, known for its espresso-like thickness without bitterness, and traditional Turkish tea, available for just $1.50.
Cafe Manzara is designed as a place to relax, socialize, and enjoy good coffee. Open daily from 8 a.m., it closes at 8 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or late-night conversations.
