Broadway Hit “Hamilton” Coming To Theaters 2021

If you were fortunate to see the Broadway sensation “Hamilton” in Rochester last year, or even luckier to see it on Broadway. Get ready for some good or bad news. Lin-Manuel Miranda and Disney are bringing “Hamilton” to Movie Theaters.
In what is being called a “Live Capture” of a the stage performance filmed in the Richard Rogers Theatre. The 11 time Tony Award, and Pulitzer Prize winning production has a date of Oct. 15, 2021 set for release.
If you are one of the people who have or haven’t seen Hamilton, you’re probably wondering what’s the downside? I have a better chance of seeing it on the Big Screen than having it coming back into town, or scoring tickets on Broadway. For the downside, I have one word…… Cats!
