Bravery At It’s Finest – United States Capitol Police Officer Eugene Goodman

Capitol Hill police officer Eugene Goodman. He is the officer who led a group of rioters away from one of the entrances of the U.S. Senate chamber during last week’s insurrection.

Again his name is Eugene Goodman, a black USCP officer that put his life in danger by luring the group of thugs and terrorist away from the Senate chamber on a wild goose chase.

The reason I repeated what officer Eugene Goodman did is because his actions and quick thinking saved lives. But not only did he save lives he might have saved our democracy as a whole.

I wholeheartedly believe officer Eugene Goodman should receive the Congressional Medal of Honor and I’m sure he will receive it.

When I first watched the video on social media I wondered what he was doing and why was he allowing the crowd to chase him. My thought was just mace them or pull your gun to hold them back not fully understanding what he was doing. Well as the dust settles we have the rhyme and reason as to officer Goodman’s actions.

Officer Eugene Goodman your bravery has been noticed and not only do you deserve all of the medals but you should now be the man in charge of the USCP.

Officer Eugene Goodman stopped a mob of white rioters from entering the chambers of the United States Senate.

At this perilous moment in our nation’s history, he was the one person standing between democracy and the rule of tyrants.
