Boeing 777 Engine Malfunction Results In Debris Falling In Colorado Neighborhood

On Saturday, United flight 283 was forced to make an emergency landing in Denver, Colorado after it started having engine problems that resulted in debris falling from the airplane and narrowly missing a house.
The Boeing 777 was en route to Honolulu when one of it’s engines began malfunctioning after taking off from Denver International Airport.
The 231 passengers and 10 crew landed safely after returning to the Denver Airport. United spokesperson David Gonzalez gave a statement regarding the incident, saying:
“Flight 328 from Denver to Honolulu experienced an engine failure shortly after departure, returned safely to Denver and was met by emergency crews as a precaution. There are no reported injuries on board, and we will share more information as it becomes available,”
