You just gotta love pure and genuine black joy! Emmy nominations are out and Sheryl Lee Ralph shared the moment she received the call to inform her of her nomination. It is a beautiful moment indeed.
For actress Sheryl Lee Ralph this is her first Emmy nomination. She is nominated for her role in Abbott Elementary which is a great show, actually one of my personal favorites. She plays the role of Barbara Howard who has been teaching at the school for over 30 years.
The moment she learned she was nominated for an Emmy was captured on video by her daughter.
