The court said that it found an agreement with the previous prosecutor led to Cosby receiving an unfair trail that ultimately landed him in jail.

The agreement was that Cosby would not be criminally charged if he testified in Cosby in his accuser Andrea Constand’s civil suit. During that testimony, Cosby gave incriminating evidence against himself that was later used to prosecute him in the criminal case.

The court added that overturning the conviction, and barring any further prosecution, “is the only remedy that comports with society’s reasonable expectations of its elected prosecutors and our criminal justice system.”

Simply put – Bill Cosby would have never incriminated himself had it not been for the agreement he made with the original prosecutor.

Looks like Cosby played the system that tried to play him!

I bet OJ Simpson is sitting somewhere with egg on his face after he shamed Cosby for not admitting guilt in a case that was dropped a month later.
