Now Verizon customers in Monroe and Ontario Counties were having the same issue over the weekend. The issue has been resolved in Ontario and Monroe Counties. The City of Rochester has installed 40 new parking meters in downtown Rochester. The new meters were installed because the older model meters were giving customers errors and not accepting credit cards. The new meters are touch screens and now feature license plate tracking.
