Australia Is Battling A Mouse Plague

I could not even imagine seeing this many mice at one time and I know Sight would just pass out. Australia has a mouse crisis and they are trying to figure out how to deal with it.
The mice are so bad people are getting sick from the water and the carcasses left from dead mice. The mice plague is causing the biggest problems for Australia agriculturally. Millions of mice become active at night and feed on the grain crops but also invade homes and other businesses.
It’s so bad some farmers have had to burn their supply of hay and grain. The farmers in New South Wales fear the mice plague will not slow down and cost them billions.
The state government ordered barrels of outlawed poison to deal with the mics plague but PETA is against using it to kill the mice. The poison has not yet been approved to use.
