Australia Fires 24 People Charged

The Wildfires across Australia have been catastrophic. Some are blaming climate change for the extreme heat and drought, but 2 dozen people have been charged for starting the fires.
Police have charged 24 people for intentionally starting bush fires in the state of New South Wales. Police have also taken legal action against 183 people including 40 juveniles on fire related offenses and 47 people for discarding a lit cigarette or match on land
The Australia wildfires have been burning for months across the country but New South Wales has suffered the most devastation.
So far 18 million acres have burned across Australia and 24 people have died this fire season.
More than 1,000 homes destroyed, and approximately 480 million animals have died.
We humans have to do better and stop being so careless when it comes to this planet.
