Arrest Made In Park Ave Incidents

A 22 year old South Carolina man was arrested in connection with forcible touching of women in the Park Ave area earlier this year.
Police identified the suspect as Jalen Carr of Myrtle Beach.
Carr was arrested on September 8th in South Carolina and charged with forcible touching and was only issued an appearance ticket.
According to RPD The investigation is still ongoing they believe there’s other crimes the suspect may have committed in Rochester.
