Angel Reese made WNBA history by recording her first career triple-double in a 78–66 win over the Connecticut Sun, making her the second-youngest player in league history to achieve the feat. The 23-year-old Chicago Sky forward posted 11 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists, leading her team to its first Commissioner’s Cup win. Reese, the 2025 BET Sportswoman of the Year, credited her evolving versatility and coaching for the milestone. The Sky also saw a standout performance from rookie Hailey Van Lith, who scored a career-high 16 points off the bench.
