Typically, when a musician dies their sales often skyrocket, which usually results in endless ‘never released’ music. Artist Anderson .Paak made his thoughts on this clear in a form of a tattoo, demanding that he does not want this for himself:

This year alone, Pop Smoke, Juice Wrld, and Prince have all had posthumous albums released this year.
Anderson .Paak has had quite a busy year working on his own music and the debut album from Silk Sonic, his project with Bruno Mars, is expected to be released later this year.
