All NYS Students Required To Get Updated Vaccines

Written by on July 30, 2020

Parents, as your kids prepare to head back to school, it is important to make sure their vaccines are all up-to-date. New York State requires all children, even those who are distance learning, to keep up with their shots. Last year, Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a law removing non-medical exemptions from school vaccination requirements.

Monroe County offers free vaccines for kids under the age of 18. The walk-in clinic is closed due to the pandemic, but you can still schedule an appointment by calling 585-753-5150.
