After Astroworld Tragedy, Anheuser-Busch Discontinues Brand Deal with Travis Scott

Following the Astroworld tragedy, Anheuser-Busch announced plans to stop distributing Travis Scott’s spiked seltzers after less than a year, social media accounts for CACTI Agave Spiked Seltzer have also been removed. Anheuser-Busch stated: “After careful evaluation, we have decided to stop all production… We believe brand fans will understand and respect this decision.”

Recently, Scott spoke on the Astroworld tragedy, stating: “It wasn’t really until minutes until the press conference until I figured out what happened,” he said. “Even after the show, you know, you’re just kind of hearing things, which I didn’t know the exact details until, you know, minutes before the press conference. And even at that moment, you’re kind of just like, ‘Wait, what?’ You know, you just went through something.” Scott did not mention this discontinuation.
