A Medical Company In Louisiana To Charge Employees Extra For Health Insurance If Their Partner Isn’t Vaccinated

Some health insurance companies are getting ready to charge customers extra money if their spouse or domestic partner is unvaccinated.

Ochsner Health based in Louisiana will start enforcing an extra $100 charge starting next year to it’s employees.
The company isn’t trying to pay out anymore money after spending over $9 million dollars for treatment to customers that were in the hospital for COVID-19.
Employees have until October 29th to be fully vaccinated, children who are covered are not included only significant others.
