Beware About This Scam at ATMs, Thieves Can Get Access to Your Money

As we move away from physical cash the scammers are still out here getting victims.

I saw this story that was out west in San Francisco where thieves.

are getting access to people’s money from ATMs.

Thieves put glue inside the card reader at a Chase Bank atm forcing customers to use the tap card function to withdraw money.

Now the issue is once the customer receives their money their account screen stays open making it easy for scammers to still be able to withdraw money.

I’m not sure if every ATM is flawed like this but just be careful.
