Ohio’s Governor Signs Bill Into Law To Have Armed School District Employees

Ohio’s governor Mike DeWine just signed a bill into law Monday allowing Ohio school district employees to be armed. The law will require school district employees to have up to 24 hours of training and 8 hours annual. The Ohio governor has also announced several other school safety measures and included a $100 million dollar budget for school security upgrades and $5 million for colleges.
