Investigation Concludes Harrassment Claims Against RCSD Superintendent Dr. Lesli Myers-Small Are Unsubstantiated

Claims of sexual harassment against RCSD Superintendent Dr. Lesli Myers-Small were found to be unsubstantiated. Because of the findings, the sexual harassment and retaliation claims against Dr. Myers-Small are cleared.
An independent investigation conducted by a law firm the RCSD Board of Education hired concluded the claims were ‘”unsubstantiated”. Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP was hired by the board to conduct the investigation. There were two employees named in the investigation against the Superintendent.
Even though the independent investigation is finished the state is still holding its own which is ongoing at this time. The RCSD Board President Van White could not comment on the situation because he said it is now a personnel matter.
